Questions about adobe suites and programs

I have an adobe suite that on my laptop that works great but I forgot the author. I remember I had to set up an adobe cloud account and it worked through it. Ive since tried to download a couple adobe suites that didnt work.

Are there any suites that include dw (or just dw) that still work that dont require adobe's annual payment?
