There's always scaled mode on Virtualbox, that way yuo should be able to full screen the window

ill88eagle, what's a good Windows OS that performs the best (as in the greatest amount of games) so far in a VM?

Depends on what games you wanna play and how much pain you can manage. In my opinion the last somewhat tolerable windows was 7. Most stuff from GOG will run on it. Don't know about steam. For older games (win98 era) you might need XP.
