Question about Trackers - TCP trackers

Hello, are there any good public trackers that allow TCP?

Some users have issues, due to a torrent heaving only udp:// trackers in his list.

Btw, is it easy to set up and run own tracker (that has TCP also), on linux system?

It'd be easier to just fix whatever configuration problems users have on their systems so UDP works. In addition to preventing them from accessing trackers, they are also unable to connect to the DHT network.

Yes, it is easy to set up a tracker, but it would be quite pointless because no one would be announcing to it.
