Pre-Show "Reel One" videos

My Rhino DVDs that I bought don't seem to come with the shot saying "Mystery Science Theater 3000, show 418, reel 1" et al. that was originally broadcast.  I really miss that.

Does anyone happen to have those either compiled onto Rhino DVD rips as one file, or perhaps as separate files that I can just put as a part 1 to my part 2 Rhino DVD rips of the episodes?  I'd love to recreate that on Plex while having my nice clean DVD versions and very nicely purchased 'bonus' files from when I backed MST3K to the tune of $400 a few years back.

Only ones missing are 403 City Limits (which only actually aired once that I know of, they usually skipped it) and 504 (which was always broadcast with one cutting off too soon, however the DVD and streaming versions do include the full version).
