Photoshop 3D feature missing all of sudden.

Hey to all the Jack Sparrow of the caribbean!

My PC is a normal "DELL Inspiron 15, 3000 series" I have used photoshop 3D earlier, but recently all gone, I did give it  a clean uninstall and installed it again, edit > Pref. > Perf. TRIED there as well. 

Is there anything to get this worked out? Assistance would be highly appreciated...
