Photobucket image protection, how to bypass it?

I am using Firefox and I can no longer open images downloaded from Photobucket, including if the image is displayed here. Some programs say the header of the images is not recognized.



Does anyone has an idea? Excluding PrintScreening everything.

i don't seem to have a problem viewing or saving the image you posted:

have you tried a different browser? what exactly happens when you try to view or save the image?

to the best of my knowledge, there is no way to protect a file from being saved without using flash or a script of some kind... and that can easy be bypassed.

which ones do and which ones don't?

edit/update - i was able to 'create' and 'solve' the issue on my end.
the exact same jpg file opened with the exact same program (irfanview).
filename contains ansi characters, everything's fine.
filename contains unicode characters, message displays.
some unicode characters look exactly like ansi characters.
