There's a small handful of appearances by Lapkus as "Ho-Ho, the Naughty Elf" and Tompkins as "Santa Claus" (Via the podcasts With Special Guest and Comedy Bang! Bang!). They are fried gold! I'll see if I still have them somewhere.

Die.Hard.1988.1080p.Superego.mkv | 2.63 GB, original audio included.

Sorry this took so long, was trying to get the audio just right but I've been real busy trying to make some money IRL.

I think the audio levels are good enough. I was originally going through each scene adjusting the movie volume, but scrapped that after realizing how much work that was for very little payoff. Either way it'll be hard to hear some parts of the movie over the commentary.

It might be better to just play the superego mp3's on a 2nd device, but this version has been pretty good so far (watching it now, about half way through).

Die Hard will probably be first, or Golden Gun, since it doesn't have an official Rifftrax version. Give me a few days and hopefully I'll have it synced up!

Guys, I apologize.  I completely forgot I sync'd these 5 up on a friend's computer last month and then there was a pandemic.  But you just reminded me!  Enjoy...these actually seem hilarious.  I love the "celebrity" character commentary idea!

These are great! I'm absolutely loving them.
Recommended to all with one caveat, the'yre best if you know the movie really well, as they talk all over the plot.

Thanks TripleTap for uploading them. I'm having a blast whilst building models!

Yeah, trying to duck out the movie audio in these is always weird because they talk constantly...it's exactly like the Jaboody Dubs and We Hate Movies syncs I've done and why it was super weird to do a normal Rifftrax of Star Wars.  The Rifftrax guys are straight up surgical with their precision 'get in and get out' jokes.  Everyone else just talks, talks and talks hahaha.  That being said, I'm very happy that people are enjoying these!

This is what bugs me about most of the folks who riff on movies. They talk over the plot! It's not a problem with iconic movies that I've seen dozens of time like the Superego folks do, but with obscure flicks, it's a problem. I suppose that's the aspect that appeals to me most, cracking wise with the movie, not over it. The point of MST3k (and Rifftrax) is that you're watching the movie with them.

Fully agree!  Ducking can only do so much haha.  After having watched a couple of the Superego ones they strike me as faux commentary tracks more than riffs.
