Ok, where can I upload my torrents?

1337x just told me to go away and TPB isn't accepting new people.
So anyone know a good place?

What genre of torrents are you uploading?

1337x can go fuck their own faces. I can't recall the time I've ever relied on them for anything, at least lately.

I was going to upload Meet the Hollowheads.  I have lots of weird cult movies that I wanted to share

If you want to get ideas on where to upload, go to the "Promote Your Shares" section and see where the uploaders are uploading from, like Mega (not a torrent site, but a good way to share files).

You might want to skip the ones that are uploading through The Pirate Bay since TPB isn't going to open their doors for newer members in a million years, so don't hold your breath for those and look for ideas on those who are actively uploading without a TPB account.

Hope this helps.

Mega is problematic too with traffic caps and paid subscription. Just upload the .torrent file(s) to some file hosting site like http://thehashden.org or http://anonfiles.com, make a thread in "Promote Your Shares" forum, and post links there.

Or skip the middle man entirely and post magnet links: in transmission, right-click the torrent and select "copy magnet link".

Example:
"James Booker - New Orleans Keyboard King" - [Image: icon-magnet.gif]

Code:
[url=magnet:?xt=urn:btih:7efdb2f9cf79513ac52a192f4bc9a544fb19f5f9&dn=James%20Booker%20-%20New%20Orleans%20Keyboard%20King&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.coppersurfer.tk%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.openbittorrent.com%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.opentrackr.org%3A1337&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.leechers-paradise.org%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.dler.org%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Fopentracker.i2p.rocks%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=udp%3A%2F%2F47.ip-51-68-199.eu%3A6969%2Fannounce][img]https://torrindex.net/images/icon-magnet.gif[/img][/url]]

Check out puzo.org . Not p2p, but they do have their own archive section.
Havent been there in a while as most posters use mega type crap for uploads, despite local repo.

Yeah so, thanks to tvenetis and stormium I just realized that the magnet method explained here is flawed. Using the URL tag will render the magnet useless. The wise forum mods have however coded a useful magnet tag that facilitates posting magnet-links. Usage:

Code:
[magnet]{paste magnet-link here}[/magnet]
