so This just popped up on my Tumblr dash and being a Reviewer my self as well as a Creator I had my attorney look into this thing and what I got back wasn't good.
this is the jist of it.....
If a coperation want to use anything on the internet be it a photo, song, or even simple stick drawing that you made they can claim it as theirs if you don't go to court to claim your rights on it....

We need to show both as pirates and as legit consumers and creators that we don't want this thing
