Need to download for me

Hello

Can anyone download a file for me? Its size is around 712 mb and upload as a torrent or Some other place where I can resume my download & download don't stuck. I tried to download it several times but failed. I have a slow internet connection.

File is 'Merriam Webster Dictionary Collection 2014 v4.9.0.0' It might help you as well. I searched on TPB as well, It contain old version.
