@Kingfish, You are right but some time back I had tested a Bentley product which worked as now it is working for nelly, but after 30 days it started prompting for the License, that's why I don't wanna take a chance.
Today is the 2nd day after Installation of the software and the digit 30 days didn't change to 28 days.
