Recently, one of my Windows XP computers (I'll call this "computer 1") had a great time using Penpower Jr.'s handwriting feature (i.e. using a writing tablet)... until today.
To confirm if the tablet is truly broken, I tested it on another of my Windows XP computers (i.e. computer 2), and it worked fine!
Both were Windows XPs and both had the same amount of software.
On computer 1, I had tested it on all my USB ports, and the result was the same: disastrous. On computer 2, all of the ports were working fine.
So, when on computer 1, I try to write something, Penpower Jr. does not pick up the stroke; it's as if it's ignoring what I'm doing. When I test it on computer 2, it picks it up and recognises the strokes as if it was 100%. Sorry for not specifying.
I know what you're saying, it's got to be computer 1 that's the heart of all evil and not the tablet itself.
So what should I do next? My mother needs to use it and she has grown grumpy and impatient. Please help.
