Does it go without saying I need to thank Riffling for this one? An almost-5Gb 1080p file. It includes the Rifftrax, the original audio, and over twenty minutes that were cut of Peter Graves making his best attempt at Bond. Enjoy:

How I wish this one had been done on a live show, but I understand they might find a late 70s disco-filled faux Bond movie too "risky" to be the main attraction of a live show. That Streets of Tehran song would've killed live.
