Not a true source code.
Even if it's missing a couple of files, it's still source code. People have been able to compile the code almost since the moment it was released. The resulting system runs, but with some faults because of the missing functions (seems to be mainly Winlogon). The missing files can be grabbed from other versions of Windows, and modified to work with XP. There's source code for multiple versions of Windows in the torrent:
https://anonfiles.com/b1F6mbc4p3/Microsoft_leaked_source_code_archive_2020-10-04_torrent
If the file in question is missing from all the leaks, then it can be reverse engineered. It's much easier to reverse engineer a single file than a hundred thousand files, so the leak is very valuable since it contains even more files than that ('nt5src.7z' contains 526 603 files). You can run Winlogon.exe (from a normal XP install) through a decompiler. It's a tedious process, but doable when it only has to be done for one file or a couple of files. Especially if the files aren't very large in size. You could technically run a whole operating system through a decompiler and get the complete source code that way (starting from nothing), but it would be A LOT of work. So I'm not worried about a couple of missing files. I'm keeping tabs on the OpenXP project and they're making progress everyday.

I have seen that OpenXP even have a onion service:

Now we just wait for the Windows 10 source to leak and cross compare the 5 differences! (not including glorious telemetry added solely for your benefit.)

Word, my friend. Someone was claiming in the /wxp/ threads over @ 4chan (/g/) that he knew someone whose dad has the Windows 7 source code (or something along those lines), but he was afraid to post it because it might contain keys that identify his dad or whatever. I think it was just someone bullshitting. But it sure would be nice if someone posted the source code for 7 or 10, or both. It would be a total disaster for Microsoft.
It's bad enough for them with XP and Server 2003, but they're playing it like they don't really care. I bet somewhere in the Redmond campus they have a whole team currently crosschecking the XP code with 10 to figure out what kind of bugs or exploits they may have in common.

Haha, I saw that post too, he said that the source code was signed with the data of the dad or something like that, but surely is bullshit.

Yep, unfortunately. However, I'm sure there are people out there who have the Windows 7 source code, but they don't feel like sharing. They hold on to the code because by having it they become special, and if they would share the code with everyone they'd no longer be special. I think it's a very small-minded mentality.
I can't help but imagine what a crushing blow the release of Windows 7 source code would be for Microsoft. They would be so screwed. Oh well, one can dream.

Just wondering: is there anything in the leaks that involves the XBOX One firmware?
It would be great if there is; even now, when the PS4 is modifiable, the XBOX One can only play emulated games. I'd be the first to cheer when the XBOX One has a backdoor.

I've only really found (OS) source code for the first Xbox, in that Microsoft leak torrent. There's source code for Xbox Live in that torrent too, seems to be from around 2009. Haven't seen anything from newer Xbox generations. Not source code anyway. Maybe tools and other things have leaked. I found something about graphics source code leaked from Xbox Series X:

Is that a credible source or are you a narc and are playing a "Mr. Big" operation to curb pirate activity?
