So I received some infringement letters from Comcast today. Is this something I should worry about?
I have no idea how someone might protect themselves from this if they go where the pirates go. I have never seen this happen before and it worries me.
Sorry if this isnt the right place for this post, didnt know exactly where to post it.

I've found that most infringement letters, whoever they are from, are usually a pile of crap. I've gotten many many letters/notices of copyright infringement from downloading things, probably a hundred by now, over years and years, and I always ignore them, and nothing has ever happened. 99.99% of them are meaningless, but if you really are worried, do what politux said and get yourself a vpn.
And many of them listed things that I 'downloaded', and at least 1/2 of the stuff I supposedly downloaded, I actually hadn't, so that just goes to show that they send them out with no real intent, and they are meaningless.
