MS Office 2013 Select Edition

I'm having a small issue installing MS Office 2013 Select Edition. Every time I attempt to install MS Office 2013 SE, I receive the following error:




The name of the torrent is:

I never had this problem before with MS Office 2013 SE, just this one torrent. I even burned the 32 bit version to a DVD and I received the same error. I would really appreciate any and all help. This was installed on a FRESH and newly installed Windows 7 Ult SP1 32-bit by murphy78.

1st post is a permissions issue and 2nd can be solved with MTK (Microsoft Toolkit).

Thank you for replying! Can you be more specific with "permissions issue", do you mean the file attributes?

If you mean my user account has to be administrator, I am using the administrator account.

Lastly, I was under the impression that you use the MTK after you install MS Office to activate. Then again, I could be wrong. This is why I posted the question, so that I can learn.
