Signal 30 was a test to see if riffing a short even really worked and if they could distribute it. It wasn't the whole short and it wasn't released for very long before they pulled it down, since it was just a proof-of-concept. As such, about the only copies you'll find are tiny, grainy 240p videos. Tom Servo's upload is probably the best, though there's also joots22's AVI.
