Are you extracting it from the rar file before putting it in the community folder ?

yes i am, but this airport has a very strange folder structure (airports and roads folder). i am installing it like every other scenery.

airport folder should be above roads folder in the ini file order for example 

LOWW Airport 01
LOWW Roads 02

Ingame it says:  There was a problem loading the scenery package
