The quality is never that great and there are always episodes missing..
I wish that there was a torrent archive so I could find everything

You could try looking for your shows at other established video hosts like dailymotion and vimeo. I have found full run 90ties shows there. Some TV stations have old archive stuff available for streaming as well. Also googles video search is underrated
