What about the other methods?

Use Adobe Tool. The "temp error" your referring to is specific to Adobe Dream Weaver and actually refers to CPU usage. It's a software resource issue and nothing to do with how the software is patched.

1. Depends on what you mean by "the best method", but it's not bad.
2. There is also the patch method, you install the software as trial, run it one time and then patch the amtlib.dll which has to be provided with the release.
