I have a question about She-Ra tv series from 1985

Right click on the video, or use the top menu bar, and it should say something like Audio Track. Go there, and at the dropdown that appears, pick "English."

I am not on my GNU/Linux box right now, or any box that uses VLC, so I don't know the exact text.

But if I was to do it, that's how I do it.

I have a problem here the only way I can watch this is streaming from my PC with PlayOn app on my Fire TV and it doesn’t let you switch audio so is there a way to remove the Spanish language

VLC should be able to switch audio tracks.

I don't have a Fire TV to test, so you have to do it for yourself.

Well I have to say whoever uploaded this video files has left a person who doesn’t understand Spanish language a whole lot of work because first you have to remove the Spanish language because it was first language and to even know which episode is which I have to manually rename all the files
