I have a question about Caliber

I am having a hard time trying to use the feature called Sharing by email. The user manual says you have to have a GMX email address and I have that and I have added it in my personal document settings under my Kindle account on there website and it will not send it take 4 minutes or more and still doesn't send the book at all and I have converted the book to mobi.
Does anybody know what the problem could be

Is the mobi on a real machine such as a desktop/laptop running Calibre?
Check firewall settings.

It was an ePub before I converted it to mobi and yes it's on a PC and what to check in the firewall settings because saying check firewall settings doesn't tell me anything at all

I don't understand I fixed the email address problems and it said it emailed the Ebooks to my Kindle and when I connect to wifi and hit sync my Kindle nothing has downloaded at all what could the problem be now
