I'm not a developer neither user of any blog tools, but you gotta define from where the data will come.
Using RSS feeds could be one way; torrent dumps / APIs another. Not all sites have RSS, frequent dumps, and/or APIs, some have none. But to tap directly on the DHT network one could look at the code of magnetico and offlinebay, info available on yours SuperBay. You'll want some scripting tools, that's off my knowledge.
