I recently downloaded this torrent http://pirateproxy.se/torrent/9277804/Mi...CD)_(2013) and each file extension is flac, and I want to change them all to MP3 because Itunes won't let me use flac files.

A tip for the future in case this isn't a thing you don't want to keep doing for each flac file.
Just stick to " Audio > Music", I'm pretty sure most of the file formats there will play just fine on iTunes.
