How do I contact publicbt.com ? (need scraping help)

I want to create a torrent website and for the beginning I will rely on scraping the public trackers. I can pay for that if required, but I need first to make scraping work, I need to know who to pay.

On the website it is recommended to use the aggregated way of scraping if I scrape alot of torrents. But the link does not work: http://publicbt.com/all.txt.bz2
I tried to email them and that failed.

No one here has anything to do with publicbt.

There isn't much you'd be able to do with that file anyway, as it doesn't include any details about what those hashes are.

For starting off, I'd scrape any trackers you are using for the few hashes you already have details for.
