I have Centurylink internet and I keep getting my service interrupted do to copyright violations from downloading things from Pirate Bay… I heard that I need a proxy??
If this is correct, how do I do that?

You can't really download from a proxy. There to slow. You need a VPN. There not free but its private and some have good bandwidth.

A proxy lets you access blocked sites it does not offer you any protection so what you'll need is a vpn when downloading but you might want to change your isp anyway as they sound crap and get a partial refund for the occasions they interrupt your service.
