Having trouble installing

I am attempting to install PowerDirector Ultimate torrent and after everything is complete it says I have a pirated key. Is it the torrents product key or am I bot doing something correct. Please help

1. Make sure the version you are using is from a 'real' poster and not a sporger. If so, you might be infected. If new, AV might be useless. Know your posters.

2. Always try to install using an uninstaller, so you can clean out the spyware left behind by unsuccessful installs.

3. Use a different posters version. There are at least a half dozen for 18.

4. Before dumping your 'bad' version get a packet sniffer or an IP blocker and find out where the PowerDirector is is phoning home, and block it in your Hosts file. Or else use a good firewall. (Not the Win crap). See #3

5. Keygens and cracks are usually better than serial keys. The latter can and will be blacklisted.

PD is a video editor. It doesnt need the net. If you have an extra machine use it without a net connection - if all else fails.
