Guidelines for image hosting sites

Hi,

I want to make sure that when I choose an image hosting site for my covers and screenshots links that I choose a good one.

I read some other threads and noted that popup ads when the page loads are a reason to ban the site. I imagine there are other things a site might do that would cause it to be banned.

Is there a list of comprehensive list of requirements somewhere?

Is there an official list of sites that are white listed?

No, there is no comprehensive list of requirements, or a white list (though you will never have any problems if you use bayimg). Basically, avoid popups and masses of ads and you will be fine.


[PS. If you're asking because you've been banned before, forget it--ban evasion is itself a bannable offence. If you escape detection for a year, use a perfect host, upload 1000 perfect torrents, and have been given VIP status, and then we realise who you are, you will be banned again on the spot without a second thought.]
