Let's say you got some private "Indecent" selfies of someone stored on your Local PC
and to make it more fun, you encrypted it with "something" that "masked" is as some sort of panoramic nature pictures like mount Rushmore for boobies pics..etc.
my questions is...does this "something" that do that kind of useless but fun thing does exist?

that's interesting
but the fact that most of the "tools" available now or at least what I've encountered of is typically making the copies of the original graphics files with the one that encrypted, this somehow leads to a new problems
let's say you have a totals of 5 GB of let's say Playboy site-rips photo shoots and you want to encrypt it with a single pic of Patrick starfish image with steganography software, that's mean there's going to be another extra 5 GB images of Patrick starfish with hidden embedded implanted silicone boobies on it.
.......that's not quite space friendly....and it's Patrick.
is there's some sort of software that do the job by simply overwrite the originals files with it?

Steganography isn't encryption; they're semi-related fields, but do completely different things in completely different ways. It sounds like you're looking for encryption, most likely full-disk encryption, not steganography.
That said, if you wanted to hide 5GB of data through steganography, having duplicate copies is the least of your worries! Think of it like hiding needles in a haystack. If you have 5 bales worth of needles, and you try to hide them in hay without increasing the size, you end up with just the original needles and no hay. If you want them to look like hay, you're going to need somewhere in the ballpark of 50 bales of hay to hide them in. For your example, you're going to need at least 50GB of Patrick photos (and probably many more to hide it well).
If you want to store 5GB of photos in 5GB, the only thing that will do that is disk encryption. Bitlocker or veracrypt are probably fine if you're hiding it from your mum, but for stronger security I recommend you use a Linux distro, which will have the feature built in.
