This has been on you tube since September, but I just stumbled upon these 2 nice Widescreen remastered/rerigged MST3K episodes with Gamera.
This is a Rifftrax forum, but I have never been here for the Rifftrax stuff--I prefer mst3k. A further unpopular opinion---I hated the Gary In Motion de-mst3king project. Using a great new movie print is fantastic, but removing all the charming elements of mst3k--the credits and host segments and especially the shadowrama just turned it into Rifftrax. It felt like a step in the right direction, but unfinished.
Someone here did a magnificent remaster-type thing with a widescreen Zombie Nightmare, keeping Joel and the bots. And elsewhere on YouTube I think there is a similar Manos. But these I just stumbled upon--on first glance it looks like somebody has married some nice widescreen Gameras (from season 3) with all the MST3K elements! I didn't make them and the guy whose channel it is.... he, uh, likes some other odd things. But I just wanted to share them here in case anyone else is like me. and lives for this kinda restoration
(I am so super excited to watch the Gyaos one! I have not seen this episode since the 90s!)

OK, they are widescreen, but only 240p :-(
