What you provided is version of Windows. At the top, there should be computer name. Just above that should be computer model.
EDIT: Better method, run msinfo (start menu and type msinfo) and there should be something like "system model" (I am translating it so it might not be accurate). This is what they are after.

There is no such tool, unless it's a HP specific one.

The information we require are not visible (most of the time) on Windows itself. You need to look at the laptop to find out the model number that's usually on a sticker on the underside.

if not, try downloading Speccy (https://www.piriform.com/speccy) and tell us the model name under "Motherboard"
