Extracting File info for posting in Torrent

I'm starting to add some torrents - videos - and I'm looking for an easier way to grab the file specifications to include in the text posted with the Torrent. Right now, I open the properties of the file and manually type out the specs. Here's an example:

I do realize that that's pretty much going to be what I post every time since I am doing the conversions but I'd still like to know if there's a way to export/extract this info. I use Wondershare to convert all my videos and MetaX to write imdb info to files.
