I managed to upload 2 torrents yesterday morning and evening, but today nothing is working at all.... Proxy site, TOR, you name it !
TPB keeps timing out for uploading.
I tried again 2 hours later on the proxy site and it uploaded instantly! It must be how much traffic is on the server at the time.

I tried upload using TOR, got "Error - File empty"
I also tried upload using Proxy Software (Psipon 3), and got same "Error - File empty"

What proxy site? (Give url please)
EDIT: Never mind. I found it ( https://www.proxysite.com/). It's just a site that links you to proxy servers in different locations. Thru them, you may be able to access sites like TPB that you can't access from your own location. It's a good resource for those without a VPN or if your VPN doesn't have a server in a location where TPB is accessible.

Hi folks,
I cannot upload a torrent.
Each time I complete the form to upload a torrent and also add the .torrent.
After submitting I get the form represented with the error "Empty file".
The entry for the .torrent to upload is gone.
I tried it several times. always the same result

I have been unable to upload anything for last many days now.
Error - File empty is what I have been getting no matter how many attempts.
Is there a problem with a number of particular accounts or TPB in general?

Yep, it's screwed, usually after a few attempts torrents will index, not now
Update: I just got to upload 5 torrents in a row, 1st attempt successful with each one, maybe it's fixed, knock on wood

These instructions are based on my own experience.
For those of you who experience an error - empty file, please use the free VPN application called Psiphon.
you can get psiphon from here, https://psiphon.ca/en/download.html
- after downloading psiphon 3, run it.
- after first attemp psiphon reporting that connection successful. disconnect it.
- now choose connect via japan country, then click the connect button again.
- now try to upload your torrent via https://thepiratebay.org/
- of course you must make sure that the new torrent can be indexed by looking at the https://pirates-forum.org/status

This might mean that, even if you don't use psiphon, but using other vpn, as long as the vpn's home country is Japan, then maybe your upload to tpb will successful.
Hopefully others can help explain this in more detail.
