The workarounds also do not work for uploading torrents... so nothing does anything for anyone, everyone is not happy

Whether the workarounds work for you or not there is one thing that has worked for every single uploader every single time for over 14 years: patience.
That you don't have any is not our problem.

At this point, you either have shitty servers (bad, or out-dated, hardware), or you've made changes to the site's coding that the servers can't handle. I notice that the home page loads, but little else does. I also notice that all the click-jacking CSS, toxic popups and the like occur on all pages EXCEPT the home page.
