I formatted my computer on which I had Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign cs3. I wanted to install these programs again and thought: why not a newer version? So I downloaded Photoshop and Indesign cs 4. Maybe not very logical to download cs 4 when there are newer versions, but I have Windows 7 Pro 32 bits and I was afraid that cs 5 or 6 wouldn't work on 32 bits. I'm sorry, I don't know if this is a stupid thought. Downloading and installing went very well. I followed the instructions about the 'host' thing. But when I started the program there came a message about 'error 147:20'. Both programs gave this error. I uninstalled and installed again, but this message keeps popping up when starting a program. Quite a long story. But here is my question: is this a wellknown problem with cs 4? Is installing cs5 or 6 easier and do these programs work on a 32 bits machine?
Thanks a lot if you can give me an adequate answer.
