Edit Video Length?

Is there a way to edit the length of a video download (Stargate.EXTENDED.1994.720p.BrRip.x264.YIFY.mp4) from 7h13m to 2h9m? The last 5h4m of it is blank (and if you get into the blank part, the player freezes up... weird shyt).

We're poor people, so we cannot afford to buy an editor; needs to be free. The video size is 850 MB, so whatever is used has to accept that size or more. And it has to run on Windows 7 (can't afford the $1000 for a new laptop able to run Windows 10).

AviDemux will probably be easiest for you.

If you have a 64-bit PC, use the Portable version
If you have a 32-bit PC, you may have to use the 2.7.4 version.

Extract the above downloaded .ZIP file to a suitable folder; say D:\Programs\

1) Run avidemux.exe (GUI should open)
2) Open the downloaded video file
3) Ensure Video Decoder Options are as follows:
Video Output : Copy
Audio Output : Copy
Output Format: Mp4Muxer

File > Save As > Chose a new name for the file

Wait for 10 seconds.
Done.

You should have a 646 MB sized file.
