it all makes sense now. TPB overwrite trackers on each grabbed magnet to ensure that new up to date trackers are always served. is up to seeders to keep their seeded torrents up to date when their old trackers choice is not relevant anymore.

it also confirms it's not me having issues, most of the trackers I had originally picked are indeed down. and I can see that most have issues frequently.

so I guess the best is to check your seeds periodically to see if there are at least a couple of trackers that match the ones that the indexer is pushing when you grab the magnet.
