I mostly like them with rice, but naan bread is pretty innovative.

Not really - it's pretty common in india and surrounding areas.

I remember cooking low budget vegetarian curry spaghetti in Ghana - with pasta, baked beans and veggies all in one pot. On charcoal. It came out delicious

EDIT: I should correct myself. When I said "innovative," I merely meant it was a cool idea. Thus far, I've only eaten curried carrots, potatoes, and chicken on white rice.

I've never eaten naan bread with curry.

It's certainly not part of the traditional Italian cuisine, and unlike other european countries they don't seem to have incorporated the colonial era curry powder into any 'native' dishes. In Denmark we have meatballs in curry. In Spain the have afore mentioned 'curi'. In Germany they have curry bradwurst with curry ketchup and extra curry powder on top. In Britbongistahn they have curry pickles, etc..

Lemon curry?

It's quite usual and traditional to use stuff such as lime/lemon and/or lemon grass in curry dishes all over asia.
