Did coursera change its business? Can't you still access for free the courses, individually?

For example, you can access this link here and watch the first course of this specialization program:

No money required (only if you want a certificate). It is the same course, you have access to all the files, forum etc.

But can you upload it on another server?
looks like this server doesn't like free users at all!
30kbps...3 hours waiting between each download
it takes forever to download 3GB from this server!
