Connection error all the time

The piratebay.org is inaccessible many many times during the day and it is every day no matter if I use vpn or not. What is the real problem? Is it bad internet connection for TPB, overloaded or antipiracy organizations or other attacks trying to take the site down?

That is something unusual.
Check there: https://pirates-forum.org/status and don't miss the obvious fact that TPB is accessible almost all of the time almost every day. So the real problem is that you have a bad internet connection. Either that or you're just wildly exaggerating your experiences.

Can't connect as well from this morning, status page confirms that http daemon took a break.

Right now the stats says tor and new torrents are reachable. So I am trying to upload on the site http://uj3wazyk5u4hnvtk.onion/
but the Upload torrent link redirects me to http://upl.thepiratebay.org/ulsession.php which gives me error 522.

DON'T try to turn this thread into something it is not.
OP is NOT saying he has not been able to access TPB for the past 6 hours. He is saying he has been unable to access it for MANY DAYS. The site has an issue right now but that is clearly NOT what the OP's problem is.

So, this topic was made for a permanent problem, not a temporary, so sorry, I thought he was talking about site's current status (https)

Why is it down now? Has it been seized and is this the end of piracy?
