Connection Issues

I just started having this issue again. I use TPB and also RARBG to download. I have used Nord VPN for the last year or so with not many issues, but as of last week, both sites work, but when I launch and run my VPN, I get connection errors to both site, but as soon as I turn of Nord, they work? Maybe I have something set wrong and I am not seeing it? I also have Norton on this computer, so maybe that is causing issues now?

Both sites recommend using a VPN, so why would using one block the sites from working?

TPB doesn't block anyone from connecting.

Any issues you are having are not because of TPB itself.
