Choppers is a good movie to choose, too.

It's really unfortunate that Frank can't keep his moronic politics out of the riffs.  It's not only petty, but shows a real lack of creativity and wit.

alternatively; ignoring plain truths and walking on eggshells for the sake of the far right is what led to a situation where millions of people are so confused and ignorant they end up voting for a corrupt and incompetent dullard like Tr*mp. I applaud Frank for not censoring himself, and it continues a fine tradition from the MST3K days; it was refreshing to hear a conservative like Mike point out GOP bullshit in riffs during The Starfighters, for example. it's nice seeing these riffers as actual people with actual principles, basic principles, the principles most of us picked up in kindergarten.

at any rate; saw them riff Choppers a few years back in SF, it was great! can't wait for this one

A+ shit-stirring right there. You instigate with a comment about Frank's "moronic" politics then clutch your pearls when someone responds in kind.

People who don't understand how discussions work really shouldn't be annoying moderators with nonsensical reports.  Enjoy your two day vacation from worrying about forum rules.

I should be getting my tickets. The announced movie is The Choppers (1961).

I hope they sort out their sync trouble though. Its hard to know if its the general overloaded state of their national internet (Trace seems to have more trouble than Frank, for instance), or if its Zoom's fault.

Sometimes its fantastic and practically as good as any riff. The most recent show was disrupted. Their producer Chris does seem to be aware of it and was asking for ideas for other software for performing live.

Thank you KKT for standing up, calling him out and saying what needed to be said. Thank you to the Moderators for doing what needed to be done. I think we ALL watch rifftrax and MST3K to ESCAPE the real world and politics. Let's please please keep it off of OUR forums.

Well, I asked Chris about it and their past shows, he said something about copyright. Now, I get to see it for myself.

Hopefully the other films will follow.  Big Grin
