Chrome warns once visiting torrent

You should enable reporting torrent feature, at least for top 100. Now chrome has you go through hoops to use torrents, you may change ur router urls since it triggers once u visit and actual torrent page.

We had it; it was abused; we disabled it.

And having it would not stop Google from blacklisting the site, resulting in browsers blocking it.

do we actually know what is triggering the warning by google? google likely doesn't have a torrent client that would download the magnet, get the .torrent, download the contents of the .torrent file, and scan the files from the .torrent file.

doesn't it make more sense that the site warning is from advertisements being served on tpb?

I don't think report torrent would be helpful for advertisements, if that is what is triggering the site warning.

It is almost certainly one of the advertisements.
