@ritaqer, I think you are right, it doesn't matter if they are closed or open they will spam anyway I don't see the point why regs are closed just so unfair for us

Regs are closed, Winston will reopen them if and when he feels like it.

Asking 'when will they reopen' ad infinitum is like asking 'how long is a piece of string'.

This is not a discussion. People will know when regs are reopen when the new users column on our stats page goes green.
