I'm specifically referring to ChingLiu's Cyberlink PowerDirector 12 build 2930 copy. I'm hoping that it would fix certain issues with audio that I'm having so if I could update it that'd be great.

Will never recommend to update a Cracked software.
If you need the latest version then let me know. I have CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate 13.0.3130 Multilingual.
