Different operating systems so different versions of CC.

But I think in CC, 32/64 bit does not matter always. Because I have seen in many torrent comments that they work both for 32 and 64 bit windows. Is it true ?

The OP's question referred to different types of O/S's (Windows v MAC) and not Windows architectures.

And in reference to your question. CC will install x86(x32bit) applications if your running that architecture. If your running x64bit, it'll install both the x86(x32bit) and the x64bit version of whatever application your installing unless you de-select the x86(x32bit) option at the beginning of the install.

I find the answer. It is necessary to load Adobe premiere pro CS6 and install it to have encore CS6.

Encore CC is not a part of premiere pro CC but only of Creative Cloud global
