Thanks but until I see a tutorial to show me exactly what I need I think I will wait for the tutorial first, then choose the software based on the tutorial.
At the moment I have no other need for this kind of program other then for monitoring internet traffic of specific software I target.

I did see GlassWire but learning curve seems to steep from where I am now.
I have other priorities for my brain like SolidWorks, Arduino programing and my Canadian drone pilotes license.

good router software can show connections, too.
I wouldn't rely solely on software solution on 'infected' system.
