Black Sabbath Question

I am not a Black Sabbath fan, but I do like some of their work.
Back in the mid 70's, I remember hearing a piece by them that I liked.
I do not know its name, but it was about someone laying there dieing with the sounds of an ambulance siren wailing in the back ground.

I have downloaded what I thought was a discography of their '70s albums.
But, I have not been able to find that track.

Does anyone know the track I'm referring to?
If so, what's its name and what album is it on?

It's been ~40 years since I heard it.
It was on a compilation tape a friend had at the time.
He told me it was a Black Sabbath song.
While I do not remember the words, I'm sure the lyrics were of guy laying there hurt and dying [I believe from a car crash] with a wailing guitar sounding like an ambulance siren off in the distance getting closer and closer as the song progresses.
