qBittorrent has just added support for v2 torrents. v2 torrents use SHA-256 and hash trees. When creating new torrents, the default option is hybrid torrents, which supports both v1 and v2.
Can hybrid torrents be uploaded to TPB without any problem?

Since this thread has gone for 24 hours and no mod has replied, I think it safe to assume that nobody knows for sure. Given that TPB was rehashed/made over in order to remove functionality rather than improve it last time anything was done to the code, I also think we can safely assume that TPB does NOT support v2 or hybrid torrents. But why don't you test it and report back yourself?

Is there any real support for V2 out there?

Good, thanks. Guess uploaders aren't just setting the proper option to go V2.

I just created a hybrid torrent. I uploaded it to The Pirate Bay, and it worked.
Here is a v2 magnet URI for it:
magnet:?xt=urn:btmh:12207e7e188afd36e25ceff9d0eadec086dd0648faf69ecfafe18734b0399f0481fb&dn=Mary%20Broyles%20doing%20sex%20play%20at%20strip%20club.mkv
This forum won't let me post magnet links without a v1 info hash.
