Anyone buy fake twitter followers?

I'm NOT looking to do anything serious with twitter.   In fact I'm just trying to play a joke on some of my friends.

So has anyone purchased fake twitter followers and is doing so risky to your twitter account.

Trust me, I think you'll feel dirty purchasing anything for Twitter. Fake OR real friends. Whatever joke it is, may be funny at the moment, but the joke will wear off, and your money will be gone... I've never heard of such a thing (purchasing fake followers), but I'm sure it's such a thing, Like, "B" list celebs wanting to puff their numbers. I wouldn't know how to go about that, sorry.

you can try to find cheaper fake or real followers from Fiverr.

i feel that at Fiverr, you can get some good deals.

Try to look around, use keyword : twitter followers and check out. I bet there are lots of sellers there offering Twitter followers as low as usd 5 bucks.

You can do what you want, but is the joke worth enough to pay actual money for? Ultimately you are paying for nothing tangible. But if you think it'll work... I'm all for pranks, but make it worth your while. You know best. Do it under a VPN and a different server so they don't ban your IP (if you care about Twitter). I prefer over Facebarf these days...

If it's for a joke, get followers from a weird place, like Palau, Liberia, Mongolia, Tibet or Afghanistan.
The International Space Station would be nice, but can provide only 6 followers.
